Print this page or keep it open while you compare. A course only needs to fail on one or two of the points that matter to you (usually accreditation, hidden renewal fees, or a lack of real business tools) to be the wrong choice.

  1. Accreditation. Does it award a recognised, accredited credential (not just a certificate of completion)?
  2. Awarding body. Who stands behind the designation, and is it from a recognised association or an accredited school?
  3. Real price. What is the all-in price, including the parts that are easy to miss?
  4. Renewal fees. Are there ongoing membership or renewal costs after you pay?
  5. Payment plan. Is an interest-free payment plan available if you need it?
  6. Refund window. How long is the money-back guarantee, and what are the conditions?
  7. Format. Is it fully online and self-paced, or are there fixed sessions to attend?
  8. Time to finish. How quickly can you realistically complete it around work?
  9. Business tools. Does it include contracts, pricing guidance, and client templates, not just design theory?
  10. Virtual staging. Is e-design or virtual staging covered, given how much work is now remote?
  11. Support. Is there tutor feedback or help when you get stuck?
  12. Lifetime access. Can you revisit the material later, or does access expire?
