What this site is
Home Staging Reviews publishes editorial comparisons of home staging certification courses. Everything here is opinion and general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and it is not a substitute for doing your own checks before spending money on training.
Our ratings are editorial opinions
The scores and rankings on this site are our own assessments, arrived at using the weighted criteria set out in our methodology. They are not aggregated user ratings and they are not certifications of quality. Reasonable people may weigh these factors differently and reach a different conclusion, which is exactly why we publish the weightings.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We check pricing, accreditation, curriculum and guarantee details against each provider's published information, and we date every review so you can see how current it is. Course providers change their prices, their content and their terms without telling us. Figures described as approximate are approximate. Always confirm the current price and terms on the provider's own site before enrolling. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Affiliate and referral links
Some links on this site are affiliate or referral links, and we may earn a fee if you enrol through one, at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed in our footer and on every review page. Any offer we describe is subject to the provider's own terms and availability, and the provider, not us, is responsible for honouring it.
Your dealings with course providers
Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that provider. We are not a party to it. Refunds, guarantees, course access, certification and support are all matters for the provider under their terms. We have no ability to issue refunds or resolve disputes on their behalf.
Use of our content
The text, scores, tables, graphics and original screenshots on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site systematically, or use our content to train commercial models without written permission. Third-party names, logos and screenshots remain the property of their owners and appear here for identification and review, which we consider fair use.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your reliance on the information here, including any decision to enrol or not enrol in a course. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
